Dr. Perez Garcia 3 (also known as "Dr.
Donato" ) has practiced IPT (for cancer,
arthritis, and other diseases) since 1983. He has coauthored scientific
papers and conference presentations about IPT. His grandfather discovered
IPT and practiced it for 43 years, and his father practiced IPT in Mexico City
for 44 years and died on November 23, 2000. Dr. Perez Garcia
is fluent in Spanish and English, with some knowledge of German.
